The inspection process of distribution board cabinet is divided into two parts:

One is the structural part of the inspection, that is, the size of the box inspection, if it is a standard cabinet sampling inspection can be.

The second is the electrical inspection. In terms of the electrical, first check the component models according to the technical drawings, check the lap joint torque, and do the identification (this work is very laborious, 100% inspection is required). At the same time, pay attention to the creepage distance, whether the phase-to-phase distance meets the standard, and whether the wiring conforms to the company’s process requirements. Then check the main loop, the control loop is correct, the main loop with a multimeter line. Finally, power on to test whether the electrical function conforms to the requirements of the drawings, whether qualified or not to issue a test report, the qualified paste issued goods, unqualified return for rectification.
